The Art of Honoring the Quiet Practices

with Caverly Morgan and Tracee Stanley

Join Caverly Morgan and Tracee Stanley for 5 days of quiet reflection, meditation, deep rest, and sacred community. This retreat is an invitation to come home to yourself, to slow down, deeply listen, and remember your interconnectedness with the natural and more-than-human world.

You will leave with tools and practices to navigate challenging times as you transition from retreat back to daily life. Our time together will be a skillful weaving of morning silence, mindful movement, meditation, yoga nidra, and time for journaling or creative practice. Learn to rest in the spaces in-between with courage, devotion, and trust.
