In today's world, every moment of transition is being co-opted.

This threshold space is the most important space we have. It is the space where we can come back to ourselves. Ownership of that space is slowly being transferred to big tech and the next space of transition that they will be coming for next is the largest transition space that is uniquely ours—the dreamspace.

Swami Veda Barahti defined Pratyahara, the fifth limb of Yoga, as withdrawal of the senses so that we can assimilate into our true selves.

Pratyahara is the anitodate to distraction, lack of concentration and memory. Yet it is the least studied limb in western yoga.

Patanjali has already given us wisdom; the lineages of yoga have given us techniques.

This two-day workshop is an exploration, an experiment, and a invitation to resist the the current flow of culture, reclaim your attention through the power of the senses, and turn inward toward the true self.
