Gentle Reminders and Embodiment Practices to Tend to Your Nervous System in These Times
THURSDAY, MAY 14
1:00-2:30PM MT / 12:00-1:30PM PT
We live in a world of more—work more, earn more, do more—when most of us actually need less.
We all know we need less stress, less anxiety, and less burnout—but knowing what we need and knowing how to create meaningful change are two very different things, especially for those who always hold the default nervous system in the room.
Join us for this practical and deeply affirming workshop on protecting your energy and nurturing your nervous system with 7-time published author and award winning trauma-informed educator, Zabie Yamasaki. During this workshop, Zabie will support attendees with learning to recognize the messages of their nervous system, make small but powerful shifts, and create sustainable rhythms of rest and care in a culture that constantly demands more.
Through reflective prompts and accessible, restorative practices and conversation, attendees will learn to identify their unique energy drains, set and maintain supportive boundaries, unwind burnout, and cultivate a deeper sense of safety, presence, and resilience. This workshop offers a compassionate, body-centered path to reclaiming the energy that is quietly drained from us every day and is designed for those seeking to live with greater ease, clarity, and self-trust.
