Many of us find ourselves in a season of change, stepping into transformation, initiation, or a deep shift into a new way of being.
This may look like the slow unfolding of peri/menopause, a career or relationship transition, or one of the many other thresholds we're being called to walk through in these uncertain times.
So often, these moments leave us in a liminal space between past and future. How do we move toward the change we long for? What does it mean to reimagine our life, our body, our world? Along the way, we often meet fears, outdated identities, and inner resistance. We also discover the need for deeper hope, resilience, and creativity to carry us forward.
In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll work with a gentle, hypnotic trance practice that supports the body, mind, and energy system in dissolving obstacles and calling in the resources and support that are already available to us, waiting at the ready. At its heart, this is a practice of internal alchemy and resilience building that you can learn and practice regularly to offer deep support during times of change.
