We are nature. As above, so below. As within, so without. And when we connect with the shifts in the natural world we attune to the changes happening within our bodies, hearts, and minds as well.

The practice of circling around the New Moon or Full Moon is not new, but a lost ancestral ritual in our modern world. So many of us live in disconnection from the natural rhythms of the day, the monthly lunations, and the seasons.

Moon rituals do not have to be complex, nor do you need to go out and buy a bunch of stuff to be in ceremony with the elements, the energy of the lunation, and what is emerging.

There are so many powerful ways to connect with the cycles of the moon and come into a deeper awareness of what is emergent in you at this time.

In these monthly rituals, we will invoke the elements and cast a circle, talk about the energy of the particular lunation, and do an inquiry practice along with sacred rest, as well as connect in community with each other.

These practices will be led on or within the days of every New Moon where the soil is rich with potential - of letting go, of renewing, and planting seeds.
