"We really can transform our minds while we sleep."
—Charlie Morley

Event Description

In this exciting new talk, lucid dreaming expert Charlie Morley shows us how to use our dreams for deep healing and to make our sleep sacred.

We’ll learn how the art of lucid dreaming can be used to treat addictions, depression, and PTSD trauma as well as manifesting our highest potential and transforming psychological blocks.

Essentially, anything you can treat through hypnotherapy, you can treat through lucid dreaming, and with the lucid dreaming mind believed to be 700% more powerful than waking consciousness, we really can transform our minds while we sleep.

Charlie will also share the results of the IONS scientific study in which his lucidity techniques were used to treat clinical PTSD trauma so effectively that by the end of the one-week study many participants were clinically free of their PTSD.
